Personal Training Services and Prices
Initial consultation (approx 45 minutes), includes body composition measurements, medical and exercise history, postural assessment with nutritional advice, strength and fitness test if necessary, terms and conditions, ending with goal setting, targets and objectives for the training period and beyond.
The consulation is free for clients who book further training sessions.
Individual session length, approximately one hour. Charges are per session, per client.
